No current or recent collections activity or judgments or, at most, one limited collections action; all substantive collections actions should be paid-off and resolved.

3-year residential history with no evictions. Landlord, property manager, or property management company reference required.

5-year criminal background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions.
*Rather than automatically rejecting applicants who do not meet these basic standards, ownership will work with individuals who do not have a 600 credit score by applying a HUD-approved, risk-based pricing model, typically resulting in a modest increase in the security deposit amount and/or the monthly rent.
